Shipping & Returns

Unlike many online stores, Silver Screen Memorabilia do not subsidise our shipping rates by increasing the prices of our products, nor do we subsidise the cost of our stock with over inflated shipping prices. All shipping is at cost of Royal Mail or Fed Ex plus additional packaging.

UK Delivery
Orders less than 2kg in weight will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Special Delivery unless otherwise requested. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, your Special Delivery items are automatically covered for up to £32 compensation and a maximum of £500. Orders over 2kg in weight will be sent via courier. Please allow up to 4 working days for delivery of your order. A signature will be required for the delivery of goods); however if you are unable to take delivery of the goods please provide us with details of a secure location, such as a neighbour. After three attempted deliveries your order will be automatically returned to the post office. If you are unable to take delivery of your order a card will be left with details of attempted delivery.

Overseas Delivery
Items weighing less than 2kg in weight will be delivered via Royal Mail Air Mail. All overseas orders will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed-For. This will entitle you to £32 insurance; a tracking number and a signature will be required at the destination address. Unfortunately we cannot provide a copy of the signature or say who signed for it.  Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of your order. Alternatively Silver Screen Memorabilia will send via Fed Ex at cost.

Orders over 2Kg will be sent via Fed Ex at cost of courier and extra packaging.

Silver Screen Memorabilia cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any particular item contained within the hamper, or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.
